Privacy Policy

Who We Are

Our website address is: https://gtastaging.com. GTA Staging is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you have a secure experience on our site.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be sent to the Gravatar service to check if you are using it. You can review the Gravatar privacy policy here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After your comment is approved, your profile picture (if applicable) will be publicly visible next to your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, please avoid including embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the site may be able to download and extract location data from these images.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site, you may opt-in to saving your name, email, and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so you don’t have to re-enter your information again. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, a temporary cookie will determine if your browser accepts cookies. It contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we’ll also set cookies to save your login info and screen display preferences. Login cookies last two days; screen option cookies last one year. Selecting “Remember Me” will keep your login for two weeks. Logging out removes login cookies.

If you edit or publish an article, a cookie will be stored in your browser. This cookie contains no personal data and simply records the post ID of the article you edited. It expires in one day.

Embedded Content from Other Websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g., videos, images, articles). Embedded content from other websites behaves as if the visitor has visited the other site directly.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that content — especially if you are logged in to that website.

Who We Share Your Data With

If you request a password reset, your IP address may be included in the reset email for security purposes.

How Long We Retain Your Data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This allows us to automatically recognize and approve follow-up comments instead of holding them in moderation.

For users that register on our site (if any), we store the personal information provided in their user profile. Users can view, edit, or delete their information at any time (except for their username). Website administrators can also view and edit that information.

What Rights You Have Over Your Data

If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request an exported file of the personal data we hold about you. You may also request the deletion of your personal data. This does not include any data we must retain for administrative, legal, or security reasons.

Where Your Data Is Sent

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
